Evidence & Publications

Evidence-led development for multiplex cytology.

Public X-ZELL resources position the platform around direct-to-slide preparation, multiplex staining and digital review. We present evidence carefully and distinguish analytical, workflow and clinical context.

Validation philosophy

What 'verified' actually means at X-ZELL.

We separate analytical performance, multiplex compatibility, and clinical performance — and document each independently.

Analytical verification

Each antibody is tested on relevant cell-line and cytology backgrounds — staining intensity, specificity, background, and lot-to-lot consistency.

Multiplex compatibility

Panels are scored for spectral compatibility, cross-reactivity, and antigen-retrieval interactions before release.

Clinical context

Clinical performance is established with partners in the intended patient-specimen context. We do not extrapolate from analytical data.

Documentation

What partners receive.

Documentation scaled to the partnership type — from research collaborations to OEM/IVD development.

Verification reports per antibody clone & lot

Multiplex compatibility data per panel

Reagent lot certificates of analysis

ISO 13485 quality system documentation

Standard operating procedures for Cryosuite workflows

Training records for laboratory deployment
